Job description

General Laborer
Duda Cable Construction is seeking individuals for utility work. The right candidate will be a reliable, self-motivated, multi-tasker with the ability to take direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the loading/unloading of equipment and supplies needed for daily work assignments, setting-up of worksite traffic and safety controls and properly securing work area.
• Safely and correctly direct multi-directional traffic with appropriate signage.
• Pull cable.
• Assist in restoring worksite at completion of daily work.
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment assigned for use.
• Capable of working in all temperatures and climates.
• Ability to follow simple instructions.
• Able to perform physical tasks for the entire assigned work shift.
• Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary.
• Must possess valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screen and criminal background check.
